There is really only one thing you can do. You really don't want to gain weight just to make your butt bigger because it will also go other places and it probably wouldn't be a nice kind of bigger. The best thing you could do is squats and other butt firming exercises. If you build muscle in your butt it will get bigger and look nice. I'm sorry but there is no fast over night way to do it.

Well first off you have to eat alot of protein, and carbs, next you have to do exercises that have to do with leg extentions, like moving your leg backwards with weights, get books on gluteal exercises, they will be able to show the pics. dont let anybody tell you it is in the genetics, it is not true. Before I did not have any azz, but they are not saying that now, just find out he actions of the gluteal muscles and you will get a bigger butt. The action of all 9 of the muscles vary, but most of them are similar, like for example: Gluteus maximus is lateral rotation, and extention of the leg....Gluteus medius, minimus is medial rotation, and abduction of the thigh..bringing the leg closer to the body...try using weights...piriformis muscle is lateral rotation, abduction, all the other muscles are just lateral rotation. You do those actions along with a good diet, then you will get those buns you desire, wont be fast because you have to build new muscle, but it will get the job done!

try my 3 step program:
step 1: drink 1 milkshake a day for 20 years
step 2: eat cheeseburgers and fries with every meal for 20 years
and C: sit on aforementioned butt for 20 years

K i have a big butt and small thighs and the thigh thing is just eating healtier. By eating a lot of healthy things and mixing that with butt excercises u will get a bigger butt and smaller, more muclular thighs

find an exercise routine like squats at stretching to tone your butt. but there is no way to make any parts of your body get bigger faster other then your waist and thighs... junk food is the only solution to do that. Good luck!

Try doing squats, lunges, deadlifts, etc...they all work out your glutes (the muscles in your backside). If you consume enough protein and do those exercises you should put on at least SOME mass in that area. It's the only natural solution I can think of (let's not get into the whole subject of implants...)

there is no way to make anything happen fast when it comes to the body. since you are a naturally lean person, i'm guessing that there isn't anything you can do. try squats and lunges. those are the best exercises for that area.

get a buns of steel video or take up pilates
i know thats supposed to work
or eat a bunch of junk food, especially foods that go to ur butt

There's probably some pill you can take (try your nearest pharmacy or GNC).
But I would just live with it, then you have no guys staring at your butt or possibly grabbing it, lol.
