First of all it's not your job to make people happy. The job belongs to each and everyone to make happiness for themselves and that allows them to enjoy the happiness from others.

You can't make anybody do anything. Nor can you control anybody else's emotions. It is up to the individual to make themselves happy, not you. Why are you asking this?
