Don't know. But consider:

1. More people in the world have sex than drive cars. Many do both, but more do have sex.

2. There is no ABSOLUTE guarantee that wearing a seat belt will save lives in an accident, however wearing a seat belt greatly increases the chances of lives saved in an accident

3. There is no ABSOLUTE guarantee that the use of condoms while engaging in sex will save lives, however using condoms greatly decrease the risks of sexually transmited diseases, some of which result in death (not to mention the debilitating consequences that come either before or instead of death).

4. Look at Africa. What percentage of the African population is killed in traffic accidents because seat belts were not used?? What is the percentage of deaths in Africa from AIDS or other STDs???

The thinking is not entirely clear, but u get the picture.

interesting question. there are many car accidents worldwide but definitely in 3rd world countries HIV/AIDs is more prevalent. Condoms according to statistics are 97 percent effective at preventing birth control, but one can still get AIDS through sexual touching. Seatbelts do not assuredly save lives and I am pretty sure that they are less efffective at their job than condoms. I would say that on a short term basis(e.g. at the site of a car crash) seat belts save more lives, but on a long term basis where people may develop STDS and perform abortions after sexual encounters, condoms save more lives.

sure, the Amazing Condom. It slices, it dices, and it makes pasta in two different varieties. Not to mention it stops unwanted pregnancies, or messes!

Hell no!!

Now, if you could get people in 3rd world countries to use condoms
regularly, if at all, then that answer might change.
