Yonge and Bloor, the Eaton Centre, Yorkdale, Queen Street West, the Beaches area.

The absolute best spot is on College Street near Clinton Street in Little Italy.

Kensington Market is a close second. The Beach neighbourhood is good (on Queen), but yuppie-ish.
