Lots of fresh fruit and water. Eat light. Salads can be good as well. Stick to cold foods. No reason to heat up the kitchen.

water, fruits, veggies, salads, and lean meats. I cook my meat late at night after it's cooled down outside or early in the morning before I leave for work. Watch your sodium intake, you can get dehydrated easily in the heat.
