Life and Health License in most states. Need a sponsoring company to sign with you. Some states might allow you to sit for broker exam. Most require 40 hour classroom plus the sponsor
company if you do not currently have a license. Basics, you have to have a signing company.

I would contact an insurance office in your area they will tell you the process for your state

they also sometimes will put you through school if you are to work for them
