XXXXXXXXXX I think he's giving you that excuse. No one works 24/7. If he really wanted to date you he could easily meet you duuring his lunch hour. After all, it's the law, everyone has to have a luch hour. The question is, why doesn't he want to spend it with you? Maybe he's shy, maybe he's nervous, maybe he just isn't interested but can't turn you down. Who knows. I wouldn't keep phoning , or emailing him, which ever the case my be. Give him space. Maybe he'll call and ask you ask. In the mean time I wouldn't hold my breath since his track record isn't so great thus far. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Well if hes a doctor and is on call its ok to give him upto about 5chances.If he aint a worker on call, two chances are enough. If he cant make time for a date it means hes trying to avoid you or not really interested, he also probably likes the attention your giving him but is actually in a relationship already.
Remember if the guys interested in you he will come up with a way to actually meet you like make a date with you and tell people at work that he will not be available from this time to this on this day,you know what i mean??
Good luck!!!

Maybe try a date you can do spur of the moment. Sometimes things happen. There is no limit to the number of attempts. Just be patient. If the spur of the moment trick doesn't work, then he may be trying to avoid it.

I have to agree - let him come after you. If he wants to really go out with you, you two will get together. Work could be a real reason too. Give him somewhat of the benefit of the doubt.

If you're questioning this, then it is obvious that enough is enough. It sounds like you're a very patient and reasonable girl so if something is telling you that things are not working out, then that should be good enough. Remember, us women have very very good instincts! Never doubt yourself. And besides, there are plenty of better guys, just waiting for you!

Any man worth having is attracted to a woman with confidence. So, be a woman with confidence. Shrug your shoulders, make no attempt to get together with him, be openly skeptical if he tries to make a date with you.
See how long he strings you along then.

If he's worth it keep trying to make the date. Give him a couple more chances then move on. Sometime enough is enough.
