That's great progress. If you give up the cigs, that will be even better for the children =D

LOL maybe some mental health counseling will help too. Please tell us you are just jerking our chain but even so it is not funny. If you are doing it for the children then the cigs need to go too. Love yourself.

What, do you want an award or a 'thank you'? It is scary that you have done both and have children as well . . . yet more evidence that there should be tests before people have children.

You're not helping the situation by not giving up the cigerettes, too. You're killing yourself and exposing them to secondhand smoke. My mom died 4 years ago of lung cancer due to smoking when I was only 22 years old. My mom was only 58....too young to die. Do you want to die and leave your kids with no mother? My mom will never see me get married, never see her grandchildren, my kids will never know their grandmother....all because she wouldn't quit smoking. Would you want that for your kids?

Good for you! Try smoking outside, and smoke only when you reeealy want one, not when your hands are preoccupied with something else, otherwise, like me, they burn down to nothing in the ashtray.

That's a good start, but it's not good for you or the kids if you keep smoking.

Ok. That is good for you to stop the drinking.

Give up the smokes. It will be easier to give them up while you aren't drinking.
