I think it's because guys associate short hair with the male gender... It's sexier to men to see a girl w/ long hair... Long hair is a female thing... Just like most girls don't like men w/ long hair..
Get what I'm sayin'??

I had a male friend who always preferred shorter hair. His mother was a beautician, so I suppose that had a lot to do with it. He always dated girls with short hair. Now, I had longer length hair, so that probably explains why we just remained good friends. He also liked the smaller endowed breasts - another reason we were just friends. So don't always assume they like long hair. Also, my boss prefers short hair. He thinks it looks more sophisticated. I think Jamie Lee Curtis has always looked much better in short hair than long. (Look at her in the old Friday the 13th movies, you'll know what I mean.) Also, Linda Dano off One Life to Live - great in short hair.

While many guys like long hair on women just as many like short. It is a myth that all guys prefer long hair on women. Just as some guys like certain colors of hair, or body types, or eye colors. However, a guy who loves his woman will not really give a fig what length her hair is, he just loves her, period. He won't care over their fifty plus years together what length her hair was one year to the next. He just cares that she loves him and he her and that they get along well as well as have a deep and abiding bond which lasts.
Over a lifetime together, length of hair is the least concern in a good relationship. Don't get fooled into thinking your hair length is the cause of relationship woes. It isn't, period.

Who said we do? The important thing, is it clean? Lots of guys dig Halle Berry, she has super short hair. If a hair cut compliments your face, looks cute on you, we like it. When you think about it, a thick head of long hair like Pam Anderson or Raquel Welsh means a lot of maintenance.

I like women with long hair, short hair, no hair as long they look good. But, to answer your question, i love women with long hair base on growing up in the 60'. I saw women with hair do to there butt. I just love it. I also love women with short hair but it how they love with the hair.

well it really depends on the guy but i think that long is more feminem cuz u can do more with long hair than with short hair

it depends on the guy
even though guys are portrayed on TV as all similar and bland, but they really have different likes and dislikes
so which one is better? See for yourself which one looks better on you, and that is your personal style.
