You do not state your age....you could have benign tremors....shaking will get progressively worse as you age...Kate Hepburn had this syndrome. IF you are 40+, you could have onset of Parkinsons....there is relief with drugs. See a neurologists asap...do not let this continue without seeing the doc. This does not sound like MS or MD. It sounds like something neurological. Epilepsy possibly or any number of neurological conditions. Be sure that you get a check up and insist that your doctor send you to a neurologist to have an EEG test run.

Do you drink coffee alot? Usualy if I drink too much coffee I begin to shake uncontrolably out of no where. It could possibly be that...

i start to shake when i dont eat or when i need sugur. im not diabetic. you should ask your doc to give you a test to see if your diabetic. and it also could be that you dont eat enough healthy foods. you need nutritious foods with vitamins.
