God did.
What is so difficult about that?
Remember the artificial marking of time is a creation of humans. God exists outside of time and space.

this question is not worth answering but is till get points to tell you that anyone with a fourth grade education should know B.C. is Before Christ and nobody said Christ created man or any of that. The Bible is a really good book you should read it. I have several times and i am not even close to a Christian, Great story though

Yes, verily there is a 100 BC.
The answer, dear asker, really hinges on whether you believe in Creationism or Darwinism.
If you believe (as I do) in Darwinism, the creator of the cavemen is Thor (quoted as saying after a "rough" night out, "I'm so Thore I can't even pith.").
The first caveman was named Jack and he was very hirsute. His mate was named Jill and she had poor dental hygiene and terrible posture. It is said that humans are direct descendants of these original cave-persons.
And of course the Darwinians believe that the dinosaurs (and really all reptiles) were created by John Galapagos.
The Creationists, as you can well imagine are so out to lunch we won't even go into their goofy theories here.
I hope this helps straighten things out.

Their answer is going to be god did. Don't waste your time with these people asking questions like this. They cannot answer it.
Science can answer these questions in detail. However I fail to find cavemen and dinos in the bible no matter how hard I try.

BC (Before Christ) is the term used to identify the time period before Christ was born into a human body. There was no REAL time before Christ, Jesus always existed with His Father.
This is proven is the Bible as it says on the sixth day of creation, 'God said, "Let US make man in OUR image." Not, "I'm going to make man in My image." He's talking to His son, the Holy Spirit and the Angels of Heaven.
The politically correct version of BC and AD - BCE and CE - to me, they will ALWAYS mean Before Christ Era and Christ Era. I will say them that way at all times because THAT is the truth, taking Jesus out of the identification doesn't matter, it was still His birth and life that divided time, He will always get the credit.

BC means before Jesus Christ was born. It doesn't mean before God existed. God created everything, including the cavemen and dinosaurs.

How many times is this same question going to come up?
Besides, I thought the new politically correct (read: anti-Christian) terminology was BCE (meaning Before Common Era).

Jesus wasn't born until A.D. (some people claim he wasn't really born in the year 0 but a couple years before) but there was still civilization before then. God has existed forever.

100 bc, was just 2100 years ago, there were no cavemen anddinosaurs living then, just the population like now. God would frown on your ignorance.
