Ok buddy, here it is. The ball in the bicep is not in the bicep it is actually a muscle called the brachialis muscle. The biceps muscle is actually a small muscle, and flexion is one of its weakest action. To actually get a muscle bigger you have to work it the most on its action. And if you still want to get that ball here is what you do.... The biceps action is supination. Supination is when you flex the arm and you rotate the hand palm facing up, when you do that you will see the biceps move, kinda like screwing in a screw in a hole. So if you were to do that action with a little weight then you would make the biceps grow. Also you have to eat a lot of protein, and carbs, that will build up the muscle. So good luck in your workout. Trust me this will work. I am a doctor student, I used to be a personal trainer for some people and I helped them whip into shape, and get their muscles massive. Also when you stretch the muscle it gets bigger faster. but remember this when you work out and get bigger you only keep 10% of what it gets to. Try drinking protein shakes, eats lots of spaghetti, eggs...etc..etc.. Drink gaterade, and water, the gatorade will replentish your electrolytes, what the are is they help, the cells in your mucle function right, and you will last longer, water so you dont get dehydrated.

Think of the shape forming when you are doing the curls. This may sound silly, but I read a study done once - where they actually improve their tone and shape by just thinking about it when you are doing the workout. Also, are you consuming enough protein?? Twin Labs have excellent supplements- I used to sell vitamins too. Before and after a workout stretching helps to build muscle. Getting enough sleep will help. As will drinking plenty of water. There are several chemical processes that take place to just build. How many different bicep curls are you doing?? Change position , different angles too. Many reps. Brake up the reps. Do arms every other day. Keep rest of body tone. best of luck.

Hey what's up.... My suggestion is to switch up the bicep workout, try a different exercise, the muscles get used to certain exercises... also less reps/more weight = bulkiness.... more reps less weight = more tone, BUT if u are a muscular dude to begin with, but are lacking definition, u gotta drop some fat.... eat better, more water, less fat, the more fat u loose, the more defined your muscles will seem... imagine a fat guy with a huge GUT, he could do a 100 situps a day and have super strong abs, but who would know, u gotta get all that fat outta the way, same thing with any other muscle... good luck man!

its not just about your bicep. you need to work the other muscles in the arm. Its a common misconception that you work "one" muscle and it will be defined but the truth is that muscles are intertwined into each other. Work the under part of the arm (the giggly part) and the the back (a muscle extends from the shoulder blade to the back of the arm) ect.

what i have herd is that muscles start to show more when u start to lose body fat. I would recommend some more aerobic exercise and just keep wieght training and im sure u will see a ball in a couple of weeks.

construction muscle groups = 4 contraptions doing sufficient weight to the position u rep this many situations.. 10 10 8 6 boost the burden between your contraptions... and not in any respect do more desirable than 10 reps.. it is going to enable you to construct organic muscle and power. no firming.
