C'est bien de te voir-nice to see you (don't worry about the again)
peut-on aller au latino? Are you trying to say Latin or Salsa Club?

Better to say: peut-on aller à la boîte de salsa?

Salut, frère (are you trying to use slang? If so, it would be better to say:
salut, mon pôte
salut, mon gars

"Je ne sais pas" means "I don't know" -- the "s" at the end of both "sais" and "pas" is silent. "Bonjour mon frere" is "hello, my brother."
