No it makes them stronger from the calcium, if you want to make you teeth whiter gargle with peroxide just dont swallow it, it cleans your gums and get all the bactieria in your mouth as well as whitens your teeth, if you read toothpastes it has peroxide in the ones that are suppose to whiten them, gargling peroxide is just a faster result. It tastes yucky but just swish it all around and after that use mouth wash and brush your teeth to get the taste out. , I know this from expeirence

No...drinking milk is good for replaceing and fixing calcium levels..your teeth are enamel ...your bones are full of calcium..so its good for repairing bones after you break an arm or leg ..
