Guess your older sister is really jealous of you. She was the only one getting your parents attention and love until you came along and while most children adjust she didn't. Are you sure you're not teasing,being mean.messing with her things or causing her to be upset? There is no excuse for her hitting and beating you up and you don't make her even if you were to be a pest at times-that her choice and a bad one at that. I don't know how old you are but since your Mom believes her and you then get into trouble you have to be smart and somehow either record for even if she can't see your mom on the recorder can hear her cursing and hitting you. Would be great if you could video her. Maybe you could talk over this problem with your friends and by all of you putting your heads together figure out how to video. Does she leave bruises on you and can you not show your Mom if she does? If you get really desperate talk to a school counselor if this continues when school starts and they will talk to your Mom. Or maybe you can tell one of your friends parents for your sister can't be allowed to be a bully for its not good for her to behave this way with no consequences either.Be brave,chin up and get someone to listen-any adult that help you.

Borrow a video camera from someone, set it up in the house somewhere she wont notice and let the events of a normal day unfold. Catch her on tape but dont let her know until after your mom sees it.Either that or have a private chat with your mom and fully explain your side of the story. If your mom doesnt believe you and your sister continues to beat on you, tell another adult you can trust your situation. Children should not have to feel unsafe in their own homes- EVER.

Get a tape recorder or hidden video camera to show mom how she really is. Your sister is out of control. Next time your sister hits you keep your hands to yourself. After she is done putting bruises on you call the police on her. It is sad that your mom does not believe you but you need proof.

Go placidly amid the noise and haste,

and remember what peace there may be in silence.

As far as possible, without surrender, be on good terms with all persons.

Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others,

even to the dull and ignorant; they too have their story.

Avoid loud and aggressive persons; they are vexations to the spirit.

If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain or bitter,

for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.

Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.

Keep interested in your own career, however humble,

it's a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.

Exercise caution in your business affairs, for the world is full of trickery.

But let this not blind you to what virtue there is;

many persons strive for high ideals, and everywhere life is full of heroism.

Be yourself.

Especially do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love;

for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment,

it is as perennial as the grass.

Take kindly the counsel of the years,

gracefully surrendering the things of youth.

Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune.

But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings.

Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.

Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself.

You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars;

you have a right to be here.

And whether or not it is clear to you,

no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.

Therefore be at peace with God, whatever you conceive him to be.

And whatever your labors and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life,

keep peace in your soul.

With all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world.

Be cheerful. Strive to be happy.

Get a video camera and set her up......OR........keep a recorder in your pocket and press record when she starts verbally and physically abusing you. Play them back to mom and beg her to start listening to you more......it is a good idea to show her bruises and marks each day as well if she does anything. This is wrong and you should not have to put up with it even if you instigated (caused) the problem or not.

You teach me all that, Pls. don't think as me less. Ask me and I will always and have been honest with you. there no reason for me to lie to you MOM.

That will impact her big time becasue you took the time to explain to her how you feel and she will say wow, I never though about that smiling.

Beat the piss out of her one day, or set up a camera and show your mom that its the other way around. Dont do anything to drastic, but you have a right to stand up to the girl/

Is there any way to record what she does to you?
Can you go to a friend's house until your mom gets home?
Since she is being physically abusive you may want to report it to child protective services. It is still abuse even if it is not a parent or guardian.
And by the way, karma will get her one way or another.
~I hope it turnes out okay & be safe~

Ignore her, go to your own room, or out to your friends house. if you have a recorder then you could record what your sister says and just let your mom listen to it. then your mom would know the truth, don't worry.
