I am talking about the United States! And did you know that more that have of the people who go to colleges and universities are from other countries?
I would also like to clear something for tanja m that I am not talking about the country, but the name they are using since it's a Greek word!

Anyway, in most countries there are uneducated people! Some consider that 10 percent is very low while others that is high!

Yes, I agree with you. I met people from Ellada, only here and I see that, and my friend who work in this country tell me that, because this problem Ellada take workers from Republic of Macedonia. Regards for you

Please, clear your question by identifying the exact country, although I agree with "cosmos" that there are uneducated everywhere!
Further, I think that most, if not all educational systems preparing tools for the industry and not better citizens!
