There's ALOT you can do..with regular food to make it low calorie.
Get a fat free bag of popcorn. It'll usually be 40 calories for the entire bag (umm... yum?!?) THEN get I can't Believe it's Not Butter Spray: And just.... drench it! It tastes SO good.. and the butter spray is 0 calories.

One of the things I love to do is fool myself into thinking I am eating much more fattening foods that I actually am. I love food, I love the BAD food.. But of course, can't live off of it.. it'll make me heavy lol

What you can do is: Buy the alternative to everythings. Skim Milk, low calorie bread (40 cal a SLICE), low fat cheese, I can't believe it's not butter SPRAY, splenda/equal (whatever you like better), low fat mayo or fat free mayo or even low fat or fat free miracle whip. You get the point. Oh of course NO ICED TEA OR SODA!! Diet soda yes.. but go easy w/ the caffeine! drink lots of water.. and try and use crystal light for the water bottle. It's like 10 calories and taste great and count towards your daily supply of water.

Here's a quick example of what you can do: (If your watching calories, this will amaze you)
Get 2 slices of your low calorie bread that's 40 calories each. Get 2 slices of your low fat/fat free Kraft singles (usually 30 cals per slice) Now spray the bread w/ the Butter Spray...you see where I'm going with this? You can have a VERY BUTTERY (mmmm!!) grilled cheese sandwhich for 140 calories!! A GRILLED CHEESE sandwhich for 140 calories.. did you get that?! ****, if your looking for a "snack" and you did really well that day and you have quite a bit calories left? Hell, have TWO grilled cheese sandwhiches. 280 calories! Even though 300ish is close to a meal.. it doesn't matter. Make sure the bread is whole grain too. You'll be getting whole grains and a LOT of calcium (probably about 120%) if you ate 2.

Be creative. It's probably the best thing you can do. Just use alterntives, pay attention to serving sizes and you can have "meals" as snacks.. just keep your calorie intake 1500-1700..exercise and you'll be fine :)

Actually, the best answer is to not snack. It's a bad habit that leads us to overeating which well..you know.

Other good snacks include high protein choices like beef jerky, nuts or small quantities of cheese (a lot of cheese is fattening, but cheese is satisfying in small quantities).

You can also get popsicles that are low calorie, and some are sugar free and low carb (not sure which diet you're on...but there's a popsicle for everyone).

Sugar free jello is an old standby and..quite frankly, a little cool whip is okay too. Cool whip doesn't have tons of calories, just don't go overboard.

put some peanut butter or cream cheese on celery.

take some ham slices and spread cream cheese on them, then roll them up.

Depending on your diet - if not low carb, get those microwave popcorn packages that come 100 calories to the pack.

Pickles (not the sweet ones)

Choose healthy snacks

Select foods that can satisfy your hunger, supply your body with energy and provide important nutrients. Choose a wide variety of these foods to ensure that you get all the necessary nutrients and to make your snacks more interesting. Here are some of your best snack picks:

Whole grains. Whole-grain snacks are rich in fiber and complex carbohydrates, which give you energy that has some staying power. Look for items such as low-fat whole-grain crackers, whole-grain pretzels and whole-grain crispbreads.
Fruits and vegetables. Eating fruits and vegetables provides a feeling of fullness with no fat and only a small number of calories. They also provide vitamins, minerals, fiber and other nutrients.
Nuts and seeds. Nuts and seeds provide protein, which helps keep you feeling fuller longer. Nuts and seeds contain mostly monounsaturated fat, a healthy kind of fat. Nuts and seeds are high in calories, however, so don't eat them in large quantities.
Low-fat dairy products. Cheese, yogurt and other dairy products are good sources of calcium and protein, plus a variety of other vitamins and minerals. Dairy products can be high in fat, so choose the low-fat versions. Some yogurts have a lot of added sugar, so consider "light" yogurt if you want to limit your calorie intake.
Though snacks can contribute to a healthy diet, they can also be a source of excess calories if not eaten in moderation. For example, a single serving of almonds (about 23 kernels or a handful) contains 164 calories. But if you eat handful after handful until it totals a cup of almonds, the calorie count jumps to 800-plus calories.

Yeah there is no good snack food that I can think of. I eat 5 or 6 small meals a day. And like the last person said, I eat just about
whatever I want in moderation. Yogurt is probably one of the best
things to tide me over.

If you're dieting then the answer is nothing at all between meals except water. The idea is to keep your insulin levels as low as possible so that your body can burn fat. This means absolutely nothing between meals. Fruit is very high in sugar and is not a good thing either. Get rid of carbs and eat protein and green leafy veggies.

You can have some cereal, with or without milk.
Sun Chips, potatoe chips are low fat or fat free...
