The last drop of coffee will usually have the dregs or remains of the coffee beans or instant coffee powder you used to make the coffee. When they say "good to the last drop" they mean that their coffee will not have dregs on the bottom and will always taste as fresh as the first drop.

Depends on how long it's been sitting in a heated coffee pot. After a few hours, you can stain you fence with it and strip paint.
