I am on a work vacation for two months and I wont have access to thegym for that time. Is there any exercise routines I can do to maintain my buff look? Ive been doing push ups but that doesn't seem to be enough to give the results the weights would. What should I do, and how should I do it? Thanks much.

what i do that is a workout in itself is just keep stretching and create resistance, for example , flex your bicep and keep it flexed till u feel it's nice and tight, let go, same thing with all your muscles.... pushups are good, maybe u can try some chin ups, work out your back forearms and biceps... haha legs just hold something heavy keep your back straight and up and down you go hahhah good luck

Gaurav consume various proteins, try having whey protein in the previous and after your workout consultation. try as plenty weight you could raise in the 1st set and slowly cut back the weights in consecutive gadgets. In each set do as plenty repetitions as you could until eventually you drop. this might make your muscle mass pumped up.
