It's uncomfortable when at my workplace, I have these very attractive women who are quite older... looking at me and even making comments or possibly innuendos. I don't know how to handle the situation because they are quite older and I'm not used to being with women who are so much older.

Does anyone have any suggestions how to handle this? Or anyone else deal with the same thing?

Im a college guy and I am the one "in charge" in these situations because I am working... but am I really "in charge?" It just doesn't feel right to me on one hand and then on the other hand... it's kind of hot

If you can, have one or two take you to bed. The guys I've met who were best in it, had learned it from older women, who know what they want and how to get it. It will boost her confidence to have a hot young guy and yours to know how to make a woman happy. None of them will consider you her future husband, so if that's something you can live with, have fun.

Hi. As an "older" women (I am 34 yrs old). I think it all depends on the situation. I've had college guys flirt with me all night, but I know that all they are looking for is "fun". If you're attracted to these women - I say go for it!

Be flattered that the 'old' women are attracted to you. Beware of your reactions to them especially in the workforce and if you are in charge. Don't start your career out with a sexual harassment complaint! Ignore the advances then go home and fantasize about them :)
