Chinese is my fave because it has the most variety of styles (from Cantonese to Sichuan to Hunan and on and on), uses the most varied ingredients (diff veggies, meats, seafood), and uses the most diff styles of cooking (bbq, steam, bake, fry, etc.). Chinese have been cooking for thousands of years, it takes time for perfection. And please no one say American food....

I agree with you about Chinese foods
but i also like Indian, Italian and a little of Mexican as well! you should try eating them more (like chinese) (if you don't already lol) :)...we should all try new cuisine!
