Hello, I only have 1 question. I own a 1998 Ford Crown Victoria. Im interested in getting 20 inch rims off the net. I know the bolt pattern for these rims is 5x4.5 or 5x114.3 which is the same for my car but I'm not sure about the offset which is +30? Will the +30 offset tuck the rims neatly inside the fenders or will they be sticking out the side of the fenders giving it a ridiculous look?

offset +30 will have them sticking out of the wheel wells. if you live in the hood then its fine but if you want a cleaner look you can settle for a little offset or get a wider rim than what you normally have and get wider tires to accomodate. offset will often hinder your performance and ride comfort. basically spreading the weight out further over the axles than it normally would. my opinion would be to get wider rims instead of the offset. look better and keeps the performance the same

Are you buying the tires for the net too?

My guess is you will be buying new tires from a tire shop and have them mount and balance them before putting on your car. So, before you buy the wheels, check with the tire shop for prices and ask them if they will fit. They should know, It's how they make a living.
