If you were in a branch of the military, and you stumbled upon Osama Bin Laden, and were responisible for his capture, what would you do or say to him?

I would bring this "Islam abusing" fanatic back to the United States, present him to the families of 9/11 victims, live from Ground Zero before a World Wide audience. You can only imagine the outcome!!!

I wouldn't kill him if I caught him in a circumstance were he couldn't harm me. Why? Well for one, I would be reducing myself to his barbarism. Secondly, killing him would only make him a martyr in the Muslim world, thus emboldening terrorists and insurrectionists.
I would capture him and have the United States detain him and humiliate him. Bin Laden and his kind worship death and the supposed fringe benefits that follow a life sacrificed in martyrdom. Why give him and his cohorts the glory that they want, while debasing my own character as well.

I'm in the military, and if I didn't have to abide by the Geneva Convention that laid out the International Law of Armed Conflict, I'd torture him and let him feel pain for each and every American death he is responsible for. Then I'd let the courts have him, and let him die that way. The whole American society has the right to watch him die!

First I would follow my orders to the letter. Then I would let him know that thanks to a President who care about this country and not getting oral sex, he was captured. Now prepare to meet Allah and see if you get those virgins. By the way Osama, do you know if those virgins are supposed to be male or female?

Assuming he is lone, as a semi pro fighter, I would beat the hell out of him with my bare hands just to torture him throughly. Then I would strip him naked and rip his clothes into stripes so I can tie him up and drag him to nearest USA embassay or military base. Then I would use moneys to put four of my friends in West Point through the college, take out only 1 million for myself. I would use rest of the moneys to travel around the world to provide morale support to american soliders and take them out for dinner and do stuff and send their families moneys if they need it.

Man I don't know how I could top some of these answers!! I'm thinking knock him up side the head, drag him back to base then go 'Hey guys, look what I found out in the desert!' Then he gets turned over to the correct athorities & they do whatever they please.

Ask him for his autograph and tell him he is wanted by the police as the USA doesn't consider him a soldier thus I have no authority to capture him.

Sorry, I wouldn't say a word to him. I would follow the articles of war and bring him in. I would go out of my way to make sure that he was not harmed.
Why, you ask?
So that every American could get the satisfaction of watching his trial and subsequent execution.

Capture him, it would be better for him to stand trial and the execution be able to be watched by the families of the victims.

If I was responsible for his capture I would have him captured.
And I would not say anything to him nor do anything to him that is not part of normal procedures for high-risk prisoners.
