If available, I'd look next to the "feminine products" - tampons, yeast infection medicine. Or next to the condoms. If, for some reason, it is not available, it is mostly water and glycerin. Glycerin is likely available pure at a pharmacy. It is used in high school and college chemistry classes for inserting glass tubing and thermometers into rubber stoppers (a similar application!).
The commercial brands of lubricate also have propylene glycol in them which is one type of automotive antifreeze. (but check VERY carefully on the labels because the other automotive antifreeze is ethylene glycol and it is toxic.
