no beer with prozac or xanax - very bad combo.
It's possible it could be anxiety - as the symptoms you are describing do fit in with that. Do you have shortness of breath as well? dizziness? have they checked your blood pressure?? Talk to your regular doctor before going on the prozac - see if he feels the same as this doctor...it's possible it's even a side effect of another drug, are there any that you've started recently?

Did you take a pregnancy test I was dizzy with a fast pulse and headaches and anxiety attacks, panic attacks when i got pregnant with my daughter i used to think i was having a heart attack or something, and ironically enough when i went in to see my doc she also tried to prescribe prozac, well it did not help so i went back and they tried wellbutrin that didnt work so after all that they gave me a blood and uring test and lo and behold i was pregnant.and no you should not mix prozac or xanax with alcohol, it kind of defeats the purpose. Try drinking more water and less alcohol maybe the dizziness, high pulse and headache sound like you could be dehydrated, try drinking some gatorade or water. Migraine perhaps?

If you have high cortisol, you may also have high insulin. That can cause low blood sugar, which can cause many seemingly unrelated symptoms.
Check out the symptoms link on www.hufa.org and test yourself. Then check out the suggestions regarding diet. If you start now, you may find that the diet alone will calm some of your (diagnosed) anxieties.
Be well and best wishes

I would not drink anything until you know what is wrong
anxiety can cause those symptoms I have it
but you should call your doctor and have a second opinion
another option is to call the 24 hour nurse
it will be listed in the phone book under your local hospital
they are very helpful and they are nurses

No, you cannot have beer or any other alcoholic drink with those meds. Has he checked your blood pressure? High BP could cause dizziness and headaches. Take a cool shower and try to relax.

It sounds to me that you are hypertensive (having high blood pressure) and that you should tell your doctor your symptoms. If the doctor isn't giving you the answer you feel you need, then switch to another doctor, b/c longterm high blood pressure can damage your arteries and lead to a heart attack/stroke, etc. Hope this helps!

OK, your heart rate goes up and your drinking. Give up the caffeine. You should look at the side effects of it. I have had panic attacks. Your heat rate does go up but you also have an emotional effect as well. I would change your habits. Good luck.............................
