Sweetie the key is not to lose the weight if you lose any more you would probably be sick. This is what worked for me. I continued to eat like I usually did but I added drinking plenty of water and I mean a lot. Walking, what worked was going to Sharon Woods and taking a round trip, takes about an hr once a week. Stretching especially the areas I wanted to change, riding an exercise bike for about half an hr and sit ups probably about 20 reps and I did it twice a week and I saw results, I felt better, looked better and had more energy. I am not a doctor nor a physical therapist but I am just passing on what worked for me.

I'd say 140 is pretty good. A pudge is just a matter of excercise. Swimming is really good for this.
A few extra crunches won't hurt.
I think all you need is toning... I would not diet if I were you. Right now you are where I was when my problems started. I thought I had to diet, I fell off the wagon, and that's when I started gaining weight. Because I started the yo-yo dieting.
I think All you need is a little extra excercise....

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

At your height and weight, you are still at the higher end of normal for you. You probably just need to increase your exercise and watch really junky food and overeating. Don't fall for the fad diets, good habits like regular exercise and nutritious food will work just as well and get you into habits that will keep you fit for the rest of your life.

I would recommend weight lifting and cutting down on carbs to take care of those love handles. Your weight and height are proportional, but it sounds like you need to work on distribution of that body weight. Weight lifting and some form of cardio exercise, such as walking or biking, will help you tone up. Good luck, and have fun with it . . . you'll be so proud of yourself when you see positive results! : )

sounds like you do not have far to go, have you tried Denise Austin's pilates video? Works great and fast, you will be really sore at first make sure you warm up and cool down to avoid too much strain on your core muscles. Good luck

walking or stair climbing. Skip elevators, ten lbs sounds about right for your height and build. fitness is my thing. Sit ups or crunches will work too. tighten up those love handles

To me you sound like a real cutie the way you are. Maybe swim or walk a little.
