though some think that it is a "horny" thing it isn't.a dog humpy for any reason other than procreation is them trying to take dominance. it goes back to the pack mentality. a good way to stop this behavior is to push them off with a firm NO! if allowed to take this dominance it can lead to further behavioral problems.

smell. if certain people had a animal that was in heat rub against them, the smell can be picked up bu another animal.
