Brown Town is absolutely correct. I vote you give him the PTS.
Raising a baby is expensive, (cost money and cost a lot mentally and emotionally). Raising a baby takes more than one person, that's why it takes two people to make one. You need to be financially stable and in a loving marriage before you should even consider having a baby.
Adopting a baby is less stressfull on the body and spirit as you do not have to carry it for 9 months and your hormones do not get all out of whack. However, adopting a baby would be best if the new parents were in a loving marriage and financially secure. Over an 18 year period it will cost about $300,000 to raise one child correctly. Food, clothes, recreation, vacation, education, transportation, etc.

When she's in a good marriage, in a good house, and when both the man and woman feel they're ready for the sacrifices that will come when a baby arrives. 26-30 years old is a good age to have a child. Treasure your youth! Don't go off and have a baby at 17! All good things come to those that WAIT.

When you want to. Not when someone is pressuring you. Age really doesn't matter, but remember this you only get one childhood, so please don't rush to be an adult. You seem to be a very smart young person to ask something many kids wonder, baby take alot of your time. Keep in mind as well most pre-teens - teens baby are not very health, so if you really are going to love this child, love it enuff to wait for your body to grow.

I dont think there is really a "proper" age. It depends on the person and what point they are at in their life. Being finaically stable and emotionally mature is a good start.

After age 30. the earlier you start the more you have and the world just doesn't need more people. 40,000 children starve to death everyday, our seas are dying from our waste, arable land is disappearing at 2% per year, finite resources (like oil) will soon run out and people have the stupidity to say the world has room for more people.

When she's old enough to care for it without any help, welfare or parents.
too many women are having babies when they are far too young to care for them properly.
Children should also be born into a stable family unit (though I will not presume to say who the members of the unit should be, male or female.)

When she is married, financially able to take care of a baby, and mentally prepared for the responsibility. You can't raise a child on good intentions alone.
