I wonder that when i sweat can the sweat reabsorb into your Skin??? Because I work out around 4pm and dont shower around 10pm. And im worried that the sweat can be absorbed by your skin and put the work out to waste. Is that Possible????

the benefit of your workout is not the amount of sweat you excrete. so even if the sweat was reabsorbed into your skin, it would not cancel out your workout. during your workout you burned calories and built muscle... no amount of liquid absorption through your skin could undo that.

you are not wasting a workout ever. No matter what you do you still have done some sort of activity. You may not have that many friends in the afternoon since you probably smell pretty bad but don't worry about the sweat reabsorbing and ruining all your hard work.

The work out is never a waste. The sweat is to cool you off. It more than likely evaporates into the atmosphere or is absorbed by your clothing yes, some of it may be absorbed by your skin during the cooling off process. Why so long till you shower? 5 hours is a long time.

Well, your body flushes toxins out of skin by sweating, so yeah, it might be a bad idea to let the sweat sit on you.

Why not wipe down with a wet towel if you can't take a shower?

the amount of sweat that you reabsorb is minimal. plus it's just water leaving your pores to cool your body down, it's not going to harm or help you.

The sweat evaporates from your skin, leaving salt on your skin.
