Im looking to buy this bike and was wondering what you all thought I want something that isnt too heavy that I can have fun on.

good starter bike,made overseas,most of the parts are junk though,see if you can try danscomp.com,you can pick from parts packages on a new bike,probably the cheapest in the country.see if you can find something economical at a race(lots of stuff for sale or swap),try ebay if you have faith

It's good by price point!!!! The more you spend the better the bike will be!!!! Oh yeah, Haro and Free Agent bike are also made in China and Taiwan, like GT!!!!!!!

GT was sold soon after it acquired Schwinn and now is owned by Pacfic. I sugest you look to the Free Agent brand. Another is Haro
