brilliant if you love him let him go....and while your at it date his best friend....morons morons morons....I agree with the other guy just tell him you love him.....I could get laid 6 times a day but that doesn't mean my wife loves me...but when I come home and she's waiting at the door to jump into my arms and kiss me.....I feel like nothing else in the world matters....I could die right then and be happy

Beer - guys like beer.
Dinner guys appreciate eating.
Poems and cards - not so much- I know I've gotten a few from my wife and I love her for it because it meant somthing to her to give it to me but I would have prefered somthing I could use like a new saw or beer or tickets to the hockey game or beer or a side of beef for the BBQ .
It really depends on your boyfriends likes and dislikes . What does he do with his male friends or what does he do when he is on his own? Does he read play video games etc etc.
If all that fails buy him a six pack (am I getting repetitive here?)
Good luck and if he loves you he will appreciate whatever you get him......even if it isn't beer

The best things are the smallest ones. No guy likes to receive gifts or sentimental objects that his friends might see. Be subtle and give him something that shows you are on the same wavelength that he is. Maybe a bracelet with his name on the front but inscribed on the back(where his friends can't harass him about it) could be both your names in a heart.

Why don't you take him out on a mystery date. You plan it, you pay for it, and you make it romantic to the hilt. Pick him up with your car with flowers and candy, take him to your special restaurant (and have them prepare a special dessert just for him), then take him to a great movie, or the theatre, or just a great park for a walk together alone (assuming your date is during the day). Other things might be time at the beach together, etc. I promise you that would really impress him and would blow him away!

Well the card, poem thing doesn't work for my husband. He thinks it's nice & everything, but the best way I can show him I love him is giving him back rubs & taking care of the house & cooking for him. They are all different so ask him.

Treat him the way you'd want to be treated. It's really that simple. The biggest mistake people make is treating the opposite sex like an enemy. We're all people with similar needs, so just treat him as an equal.

I think that is completely sweet that you are trying to think of new ways to impress you boy toy! That alone should make him wanna squeeze you more.
In a relationship, it drives guys knowing that their woman thinks the world of them. They love the idea of knowing that he's her everything. They want to know that you are theirs 100%. Even down to the bedroom, they want to know that no one else can please you like them.
My advice: On top of what you're already doing for him, feeding him confidence is key! A woman can build a man or tear him down into a little boy. If he feels confident in you and your love for him, you will become the best gift he can get.

Make him a scrap book, full of things that mean something to the two of you, like a movie-ticket stub from a date you went on, or pressed flowers to remind him of that picnic you went on.
Whatever it is, it should be personal and let him know that you're thinking about him.

If he is a romantic guy then romance him. If he is a hard core guy then take him out to a game or boxing show. It just depends on what type of guy he is and what type of person you are. Seems to me that you are sentimental and want to love alot. Just let it come natural.
