Dont do anything much except to ask to speak to your lawyer and dont touch anything in the room.
If your innocent of the crime of murder/manslaghter the police will have CCTV coverage, hotel room access records, forensic evidence, a murder weapon, lack of motive on your part and time of death report that will collectively prove your innocence....in addition to your own easily proven alibi.
The police must also have had a reason to raid your hotel room and a warrent executed by a judge granting them the power to search the room, whatever the reason for obtaining a warrant if it didnt name you as a suspect you'll be fine as the police obviously had prior knowledge of some wrongdoing they were going to investigate.
