yes, but wouldnt recommend it! if you dont have a job, you cant pay the bill. if you only pay the minimum balance due, the interest rates will kick your butt! talk to the rents before considering this PLEASE!!!!!

Yes. Have the credit card company issue a credit card to you under your parents account.

under the age of 18 you are not legally bound to any contracts, like a credit card, but you can get one with a co-signer but if you dont pay your bill your co-signer must and that can lower both of your credit scores if you are late with the bill.

YOU CAN'T GET ONE BY YOURSELF BECUASE THE LEGAL AGE IS 18 (TRUST ME I TRIED WHEN I WAS UNDER 18) TO HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT IN YOUR OWN NAME WITHOUT A CO-SIGNER BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THAT MONEY BACK... PLUS INTEREST!!!
