Dont touch anything in the room, exit the room and ask the hotel to call the police, dont bother calling a lawyer unless the police ask you to the station for further quetioning, in which case ask them to assign you a lawyer as if you are out of town staying in a hotel you are probably quite a distance from 'your' lawyer.

If your innocent of the crime of murder/manslaghter the police will have CCTV coverage, hotel room access records, forensic evidence, possibly a murder weapon, lack of motive on your part and time of death report that will collectively prove your innocence....in addition to your own easily proven alibi.

Next silly question?

Oh, and remember to sue the hotel for emotional distress and security negligence.

find out if he paid for the room and for how long.
then put him in the tub, run down the hall empty the ice machines on all floors, ice him down well, ...unless he did not pay for the room, in which case, call housekeeping.
