You didn't say how long you hair is if short take the shower in the morning; but if you have hair longer then your shoulders braid it in two braids (either start with a pony tail on each side then braid or french braid each side); when you take the braids out in the morning it will have some nice wave to it! Then style it how you want!Good Luck!

You can take your shower/bath in the morning instead of at night, or when you wake up you can use a water mister bottle to re-wet your hair so you can style it again.
Sorry about the headgear. That's not pleasant.

Wear clips from sides on top of your head, while wearing headgear. Unclip after removing headgear.

put the headgear low so it wont touch the top of your hair so then you can keep it straight up

ugh i do too but instead i just wear it while im on the computer, watching tv and if i HAVE to wear it to bed i put my hair up in a high bun and just wash/condition my hair in the morning!

Who cares? It's nighttime. If you're sleeping, no one cares what your hair looks like. Wake up and fix it before you leave the house. Better yet, shave your head. hahaha
