I wish you had made an exact reference. Last night a person posting answers with the handle of "enlighten man" kept posting the exact answer over and over about Chaplain Yusuf Estes. I reported him for spam like eight times. It was like he had copied and pasted an entire website. A dozen quotes for references from the Bible I can handle. But the the jerks with the 20 page post.......I'm with ya all the way. They really frazzle my nerves.

I tend to write long, but I don't usually quote people doing it. Some of us are just long winded. And if you're the person asking the question, I'd think you'd want a long and thorough answer, rather than the one word or one line wonders that say nothing and really just take up space on the page.

Well, i have only done it once, because whoever posted that ignorant question about evolution obviously hadnt read any scientific text about it, since most scientific texts about evolution would have answered his queries

on the other hand, i sometimes write so much that it seems like im quoting somewhere when im actually writting the stuff on the spot

I don't know about "so many people" but Jengen36 is sure making a career out of re-posting the same material whether it applies to the question or not (and "not" is the more likely situation).

Sort of makes a joke out of the rating system here if one person can post the -same- answer to -every- question.

There are a lot of christians in here and they are not known for being able to think for themselves. Hence, the long quotes.

True Wisdom is learned from others, whether you are deist or atheist. If people listened to what was in my mind alone. You'd be as insane as I am. It's always nice to see where ones Wisdom comes from, it sure isn't in the genes.
