Get a hair straightener. The ceramic ones are the best. Or, if you dont want to straightener, some people use irons to straighten their hair. But thats not reccomended since it could damage your hair if its too hot and you could possibly burn yourself. But i think you should get the straightener. HIP! (Hope It Helps!)

straighten them with a straightener and then use a curler to curl the ends!

You can cut them (in the direction they curl, not opposite) a bit. Sometimes that helps them lay properly, but they do grow again. Or, what I do sometimes is use a regular hairsetter because I don't have a flat one-and roll them under sort of. They stay for awhile.

I have the same problem, this is what I do...
1-Before I get in the shower, I turn on my flat iron so it's hot when I'm ready for it.
2-When I get out from washing my hair, I brush my bangs away from the rest of my hair
3-I then use the straightener on my wet bangs (they will steam, but that's ok)
4-Style as usual
Don't use baby oil, it will make your hair greasy, especially on such short hair.

Use a hair iron or straightener, they aren't that expensive but they work great, just don't burn your forehead, you can probably even use a curling iron, just hold it straight

while your hair is wet ( like after washing, and towel drying ) take a narrow toothed comb in one hand and a blow dryer in the other. comb through your bangs while drying. you can also use a flat iron ( the kind in cosmetic stores, not the one you use for clothes ) after wards.
