I am not fat but not skinny, I love how christina aquilera's and how all the people in the band of the pussy cat dolls have a tight stomach and nice thighs and toned arms, what are the best workouts to get that?

Go to your local gym and hire a trainer for a couple of sessions. Your best bet would be a circut workout - all my clients that need to be "more tone" love it. You kill 2 birds with one stone - you do intervals of resistance training combined with intervals of butt-busting cardio. The time flys by! You should wear a heart rate monitor throughout to make sure you are in your proper 'zones' for what you are trying to accomplish. A qualified trainer will know exactly how to help you.

It's called airbrushing! Nobody is perfect like the media likes to make out. These people have nutritionists, personal trainers, stylists, etc. They don't look this way naturally, if you get my drift. As long as you are healthy, that is what should be the most important.
