You have to be 100 lbs overweight or have serious health issues. Unless you have medical problems, most insurance companies will not pay for it. It's about $12,000 from start to finish. You can get it done as soon as you've had all your health checks and your Dr. clears you for surgery.

Gastric Bypass Surgery / intra gastric balloon/gastrectomy/stomach stapling /lapband (all types of weight loss surgery) is very safe nowadays. It is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges obesity surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.
I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as obesity surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your obesity surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.
My cousin got her revision surgery for gastric bypass in India through the forerunners healthcare .She is more than very happy with the results. She has lost 65lbs in 5 months. She just paid 25% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company.hope this helps

In the mood for a hot meal? Make a enormous pot of veggie bean soup, divide into two-cup containers, and store inside the freezer. Before bed, place a container from the fridge, then grab it before heading out the door in the morning.

i had it in 1990....lost160 lbs...can cause some other health issues....research.....i had the staples....i would suggest you go with something minimally invasive like lap banding so that if you do see health issues occur or the onset you can have it removed immediately with no surgery....for more info www.svch.net/bariatric/surgicalpro/lap-banding.htm

Eat in front of a person rather than screen. It cuts down on mindless eating and makes you more accountable for each chunk.

For sandwich-lovers, use spinach or swiss chard leaves rather then a wrap, skip the piece of cheese, and load through to the veggies.

It’s the tiny things that count. Invest within spanks. They cinch in the wobbly bits and allow you to be feel taught, toned and great.

Make use of your season’s block colour trend. One colour straight down and up elongates the limbs.
