Easy way to check.
Measure around your belly at belly button and subtract from measurement of your neck. Height comes into play a little but not much. This is a good estimate and should be fairly close to actual results from a doctor.

You can't just go to a website to find out your body fat percentage. You need to be measured in which case you're going to need skinfold calipers or one of those home bodyfat scales. If you have the latter then you wouldn't be asking this question, so lets assume you have the former in which case just consult this website:

www.linear-software.com - go to 'calculators', then to online body fat tracker. It allows you to enter 3-site or 7-site skinfold numbers. You can also do it by certain girth measurements if you don't have access to a skinfold caliper.
