ok Listen UP Now...lol

Ignore all these people here about buying jar sauce! Jar Sauce is for the Weak and Lazy!

This is my Bullalo Wings Recipe!

Buy a Frozen bag of wings (unflavored) and then in a deep Fryer (if you don't have a deep fryer get a Large Pot that you would cook Sunday Sauce in)
Add 64 oz of Corn Oil, Bring to a Temp of 400 degrees! Put wings in carefully. As Frozen Wings tend to splash and makes the oil rise. Soo Carefully place them in.
(I do 20 wings at a time) cause this is a serving. Leave them in the oil for 20 to 30 minutes. (depending on how crispy you like your wings
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now the SAUCE..Yummy!!!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Buy Louisiana Hot sauce Bottle (32oz)Pour that into a saucepan then add 1 stick of Butter (any kind)
add 3 or 4 tablespoons of BBQ Sauce (any kind)
Add about 7 or 8 swigs of Tobasco Sauce.

Keep Mixing until butter melts. WoooLa You are Done.

Get a Tupperware that has a tight Lid and place wings in it and then add some sauce. Close the Lid, Shake all Around and take wings out with Tongs.

Try this recipe I guarantee you will Love It! Everytime I make it for New People they always say These are the best wings they ever tasted! I even get request from people to make wings for them!!

Let me know how they turn out!
Ok. NOw I want wings...LOL

another buffalo wings recipe
. i have increased the amount of sauce because we love sauce.
5 lbs chicken wings, tips removed
salt and pepper, for seasoning
1 quart vegetable oil (for frying)
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup louisiana hot sauce (i use "frank's" or "crystal" brands)
1 tablespoon white vinegar
4 servings
1. heat oil to 375 F in a deep fryer or large pot.
2. please be careful.
3. cut wings into 2 separate pieces at the joint.
4. season them well with the salt and pepper.
5. fry the wings in several batches (too much at one time will drastically drop the temperature of the oil) until they are crisp and golden brown, about 10-13 minutes per batch.
6. remove wings from oil and let drain on paper towel.
7. melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
8. add the hot sauce and vinegar.
9. stir to blend and remove from heat and pour over cooked wings.
10. this is great with the usual celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.

Fry or bake your wings until they are done, then toss or coat them in a mixture that is half liquid margarine and half hot sauce - Franks Red Hot sauce is a good choice. Increase or reduce the amount of margarine to control the spicyness. You can also add seasonings or things like honey and bbq sauce to change the taste to suit.

deep fry chicken wings (without batter) until they're crispy, and coat with Franks Redhot Sauce

melt a stick of butter over low heat, add louisianna hot sauce ( tobasco, crystal, texas pete, etc.) til you get the tang you want, add chopped garlic or garlic powder (or both! ) to taste. if you want them really spicy you can add some cayenne pepper. now how easy is that?
