boyfriend/girlfriend?

if u have a boyfriend/girlfriend u love them so much and they love u too. But u always shy away from them they feel unloved it's not your fought. Now they think u don't love them what would do? this is not for me don't have a bf just too busy to think of it just bored thats why i'm asking. thanx^^
