hi guys can you help my frend, because my frends has a case on is skin that every time he wokes up his skin between his two legs are dry and sometimes having bad smell and make some dead cell which is s itchy, he has no choice but to scratch. it occurs every 4-6 hrs.. can you help him wht is the best medicine for him? he is a hygenic person but stil it pops up.

That sounds fungal. Better see a dermatologist to advice you the right ointment. You see.. it may get worse when you keep on scratching it causing it to wound and may later be infected. Hope this helps.

He needs to see a dr. to find out what's the cause and stop the scratching 'cause that could cause an infection. Good luck!

It sounds suspiciously like jock itch - a fungal infection - sort of like athlete's foot only different.
