The insurgents want you to think that civil war is breaking out when in fact its not. You need two sides for a civil war. The way I see it, you have the sunis blowing themselves up and the shiites taking it on the chin but not retaliating (for the most part). Oh, and most of the insurgents aren't actually Iraqis. So explain to me again how this is a civil war?

Probably bombing Syria. It makes as much sense as going to war in Iraq.
