Crest Whitestrips work great. It takes just 10 days and it's pretty easy. You just brush your teeth first and then place the strips on your teeth for thirty minutes. Do this twice a day. Plus it's only around $25.

A good way to whiten your teeth is a drug store tooth whitener. A good brand is "plus white". Or you can have it done professionally @ your dentist, but can be pricey.

Just rinse your mouth daily with hydrogen peroxide. Not sure how quick it is, but almost all over the counter teeth whiteners use HO2 in some form.

Gargle bleach..haha..no..don't but the crest simple white toothpaste works really good for me and it did it pretty fast..

you could pay to get it done by your dentist but if your on the nhs you can get it done for free...i think
