Don't eat anything. This is the time you take up fat, just think...you eat then lie down and do nothing for 6 - 8 hours. Wait till morning and have a big breakfast, then you are moving and burn up calories.

Have a piece of fruit. Don't eat anything heavy, you shouldn't eat right before bed. It makes you gain weight.

I'd eat something healthy. Anything you eat after around 6pm just turns to fat because you don't have time to burn it off. Try some fruit or some popcorn.
