With regard to the specific issue of the alleged relationship between the time of exercising and weight control efforts, no such relationship exists. If you exercise at a particular level of intensity, you'll "burn" the same number of calories regardless of when you exercise.
All factors considered, it may be somewhat more difficult for a person to exercise after a meal, because the amount of blood involved in the digestive process diminishes the level of oxygen-carrying blood servicing the exercise muscles.
Of course, the impact of such a factor would depend upon how much the person ate, how soon the individual exercised after eating, and how hard the person exercised.
In reality, the answer to the question of "when is the best time to exercise" is fairly straightforward - whatever works best for you is the best time.

After you eat is a good time to exercise because you need to exercise some of the food off but exercising before is a good way to work up an appetite.

Neither... exercising before you eat shrinks your stomach so you dont eat as much but pick at food the rest of the night, exercising soon after you eat gives you cramps. Wait at least 2 hours after you eat, then consider exercising.

I am not sure where the meal comes into play in the world of exercising but I figure it would be easier on your body if you exercised before you eat. I do know that the morning is the best time because it wakes you up.

Either is fine. Some people prefer to exercise before breakfast. It doesn't really effect fat loss. Don't work out when you are absolutely famished, because you may experience a drop in blood sugar and pass out. Working out right after a meal is also a bad idea since you may get a stomachache.

If you eat before you excerise, you may not have the energy to do so. Eat fruits such as (musk melon, watermelon) after you exercise, to keep you motivated and full of energy. Apples and oranges may slow you down a little, they have more carbs. Musk melon, and watermelon, are filled with water....great "after exercising snack!" Drink plenty of water also!! Good Luck!!

like an hour before you eat is fine. i wouldnt recommend exercising right after eating cuz you can get sick and then throw up. Give it about an hour after eating to exercise.

Before you eat. You get major cramps due to your food not being fully digested. You should have a "snack" before you work out and eat within 30 mins after working out.
A good snack would be an apple or turkey pepperoni (0 fat!!) and a clemantine orange.
Be sure to add protein to your meal after you work out. Chicken or fish.
