Sure you can. But do you think it makes good common sense? Which would you prefer, to go on a fair ride, have fun, and then go to the hospital for the next week, OR, not do anything that would cause stress to your heart, and have fun, and wake up in your own bed the next morning.

I strongly advise checking with your Dr first. The poor young man at Disney that passed away not too long ago had an unknown murmur.

They advise that you do not ride Carnival rides if you are pregnant or have a heart condition.
