i cannot swim more than 10 lenghts at one time, i wont lie it is really hard, but that is why i am improving myself and my fitness everyday. from jamie

What a strange question.

Without extreme tiredness I guess I could swim around the world a few times.

As I am normal though, about ten minutes then I start to feel tired.

when you are swimming take it beyond the burn when you begin to sweat in the water keep a steady breath and your good for at least 40 lengths.

i can swim for 4 hours and then get tired - i am like a robot when it comes to swimming I just get my rhythm and keep going
but only freestyle

In calm waters, like a pool, about 2 miles.

In rougher waters, maybe a mile.

Its been a little while, but probably 8 laps. I was a swimmer so that could make a difference.

Underwater I can go like umm.. 3 feet lol.
I can swim forever and ever if i'm not under water though. :)
