Barbeque ribs with some rice and a salad. i will have that with a nice cold Pepsi and have an Oreo ice cream sandwich for dessert.

country style pork ribs that I browned early this morning then put in the crock pot with a gravy mix and some sliced green onions, green beans, candied sweet potatoes with coconut and pecans that I "baked" in the microwave and ready made dinner rolls cause I ain't turning on my oven in this weather!

Chimichangas with cheesy rice, beans and salad.
I'm cheating though, using frozen burritos! Just gonna thaw, deep-fry, top with salsa!
